This Privacy Policy ("Policy") is issued by the 68pkr platform, accessible at 68pkr.cam ("68pkr", "we", "us" or "our"). It sets out how we collect, use, store, disclose and protect personal data obtained from individuals ("Users", "you" or "your") who access or interact with the Platform.

68pkr is an English-language online gaming information platform serving Pakistani users. The Platform provides informational content relating to sports betting, live casino, cricket markets and responsible gambling guidance. 68pkr does not operate as a licensed gambling operator, does not accept wagers or deposits and does not process financial transactions on behalf of Users.

68pkr collects Personal Data through two channels: data provided directly by Users and data collected automatically through standard web technologies. The categories of data collected are set out below.

4.2 — Data Collected Automatically

Any financial data you enter on a Third-Party Operator's platform is governed by that Operator's own privacy policy and is not processed by 68pkr.

68pkr processes Personal Data on the following legal bases:

• Legitimate Interests: Processing necessary for the operation, security and improvement of the Platform, where such interests are not overridden by your rights and freedoms. This includes usage analytics, fraud prevention and platform performance monitoring.

We do not share User data with these providers. Any data you submit to a Third-Party Operator's cashier is processed by that Operator, not by 68pkr.

68pkr uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to enable core Platform functionality and gather anonymised usage analytics. Cookies are small text files stored on your device that help us recognise returning visitors and understand how the Platform is being used.

The 68pkr Platform is operated from infrastructure that may be located outside of Pakistan. Accordingly, Personal Data collected from Users in Pakistan may be transferred to and processed in jurisdictions other than Pakistan.

Where such transfers occur, 68pkr takes reasonable steps to ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your Personal Data, including the use of contractual protections with Data Processors and selection of service providers in jurisdictions with recognised data protection frameworks.

By using the Platform, you acknowledge that your data may be processed in jurisdictions outside Pakistan and consent to such transfers on the basis described in this Policy.

We strongly recommend reviewing the privacy policy of any Third-Party Operator before creating an account, making a deposit or providing any personal information to that Operator.

The mention of payment services such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah on this Platform is for contextual reference only. These services are independent companies with their own privacy frameworks. 68pkr does not share User data with them and has no affiliation with their data processing activities.
